President Gordon B. Hinckley said:

"Today many sisters are being called to serve. Many more are preparing to serve. Not because they aren't married or don't have anything else to do, but they have the desire to serve. One reason that the Lord wants more sisters to serve is because within the next generation He will send His priesthood army to the earth. He wants to send choice spirit children to mothers who have been prepared, properly trained, and taught in the gospel. What better schooling can a mother have than to experience and grow as she serves a mission." --Pres. Gordon B. Hinckley

Look what's blown in...

Well, a new semester has officially BEGUN!
Going home was definitely needed but I was ready to get back into the swing of things.
My family, bless their souls. I love them to death.
Vegas is hard because I don't really have as many friends there as I used to.
Some were fake, some moved, some went to college, and most went on missions.

So, Rexburg. Well, as crazy as it sounds..it's my home away from home.
My life is here and my friends are here.
I love the environment that college provides where you can live with your friends,
goof off until 2 am every morning, ask about each other's day, and be there to comfort.

Bee and I, duh. We're still roommates. It's sad because every day that passes by is a day less that i'll have to spend with her. As she transfers to Provo, and me possibly going on a mission, a lot is ahead of us that's still undecided, but either way..we'll be hundreds of miles away from each other. GEEZ! you'd think we were married! But, each day that goes by, we ask eachother the same question, "What are we gonna do when we won't be with each other 24/7?" Not gonna lie, not sure if I'll be a fan of that scenario. But, life goes on. But, recently we went to the hot springs and the first school dance. We bring the party everywhere we go:)

Classes, yeah. They're great! Already had a week go by and still have A's..but who doesn't?! haha
Or so we'd hope everyone has A's at the end of week one. I have Chem 106, Anat. 265, New Testament, and World Foundations. It'll be a busy semester but I'm ready:)

Work, well work is work. The drama, the friends, the moments that I have there will be one-of-a-kind, but yet I still look forward to it every day:)

EASTER has arrived!! In preparation for it, all the roommates got together last night and dyed easter eggs...lets just say that our eggs were a bit exotic! Who would've predicted the things that would've been made out of them! But, it was great bonding time to get to know eachother and laugh until 2 am! Here are some of our creations:)
Tracey: her "baby"

Alba: and her freak! :)

Bee: her and her "baby" with a diaper

Chloe: and her man!

Me: no comment. haha

All the roommates' eggs.

Chloe and me.

Bee and Alex.

THEN THE FUN BEGAN!

Happy Easter! xo.
